Welcome to Lincoln's LTC PreCheck for MoneyGuard® solutions

To begin, please complete the Client Information, Common Conditions & Medications sections.

Next, proceed through the condition categories, selecting only those that apply. If you encounter a condition flagged in red, you may continue through the full process to capture all relevant details for a comprehensive assessment.

As you select each condition, any additional qualification guidelines will appear on the right-hand side.

Once all applicable conditions have been identified, download the summary report for your records. This report outlines the conditions and corresponding guidelines, and provides an initial view of potential eligibility for MoneyGuard® coverage.

Use of this tool is optional, but it can help assist you in evaluating your potential eligibility for MoneyGuard.
